Dear Guests,
we would like to welcome you to our property and wish you a wonderful stay. Below is list of our Services & Facilities with all the useful information you may need to get the most out of your stay and the services we can offer you.
You, our guests, are at the centre of our Agriturismo. You are the main source for the evaluation and constant improvement of the living experience in our property and therefore we invite you to formulate any request or recommendation you may consider useful.
The entrance to the Agriturismo La Fontana dell’Olmo implies the full acceptance and observance of the following terms and conditions.


THE STAFF

We are Silvia and Matteo: we are your point of reference for whatever problem you may encounter during your stay as well as for any insight on the available services of the Agriturismo, and for tourist information on the surroundings, local events, and curiosities on the territory.

RESERVATION
Reservations may be done by telephone, but a confirmation email is always requested – we will reply as soon as possible but, in any case, within 24 hours. The Agriturismo will send a written confirmation of the reservation and of the offered conditions, by email, together with detailed instructions on how to reach the rooms/lodge. We may, at our discretion, ask for a reservation deposit payment equal to 30% of the total amount.

CHECK IN
From 14:00 to 19:00 or in any case till there is daylight (during the winter months we advise to arrive by 17:00). We kindly ask you to let us know the expected time of your arrival in order to greet you in the best way.
Should you arrive at a time different from the above, please let us know in advance so we can organize ourselves.
The Agriturismo La Fontana dell’Olmo is family conducted therefore there is no real reception service available all day. We are busy with the country work in the fields and with the animals.
Should we not be present upon your arrival, we kindly ask you to call us at the following numbers (+39) 349 7895886 – (+39) 3494235129.
Upon your arrival, it is mandatory for all guests, to exhibit a valid identification document for the guest’s registration requested by the law.

CHECK OUT
We kindly ask you to check out by 11:00.
If you have specific requests for the invoice, please ask us the day before your departure.
Payments may be carried out by cash or credit/debit card by the morning of your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any reservation, cancelled or modified, is subject to our cancellation policies.
Cancellation of the reservation with deposit payment, 14 days before your arrival, allows for a full refund of the deposit.
For what concerns other forms of reservations, through gift boxes, please refer to the terms and conditions of the latter.

RESTRICTIONS AND WARNINGS
Within the rooms and in the common areas it is absolutely forbidden to smoke, use portable cooking stoves, or similar, to prepare food; use space heaters, or similar, to warm up; dine or lunch in the rooms; move or make inadequate use of the furniture, beds, and linens. Any damage and/or deterioration to the equipment of the Agriturismo, caused by the guests, will be charged to the same Guests.
It is forbidden to invite and host in the rooms un-registered people. It is responsibility of the guests to look after personal valuable objects, both in the rooms as well as in the common areas of the Agriturismo. We decline any responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of your personal belongings.
Guests will be handed the keys of the room upon arrival. Should you lose them, please inform us immediately.

PETS
We are always happy to welcome the dogs of our guests. Pets are allowed (with a supplement) if they are well educated and accustomed to contact with other people and animals. It is not permitted to allow them on the beds, sofas, and armchairs. The pet remains under the Guest’s control and responsibility. Any damage caused by the animals will be charged to the pet’s owner.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO LEAVE ANIMALS UNATTENDED BY THE OWNERS WITHIN THE PROPERTY GROUNDS.

DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Personal data and any other element that will be processed by our Company during the completing of the request, will be subject to confidentiality and secrecy obligations and will be treated in accordance with the principles of accuracy, legality and transparency, while taking into account your privacy and your rights, through the systematic application by our side of dedicated protection and guarantee measures both for the treatment of electronical and paper form data and measured according to the characteristic of the same data (simple personal data or sensitive or judicial data). Within the meaning and the effects of the D.Lgs. 196/03 we inform our client that personal data will be processed and treated exclusively for the purposes determined by the contractual agreement (including administrative and accounting purposes).

Main Services

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room or outside, during the warm season, from 8:00 till 09:30. Should you request a different time it is possible to arrange this.

HALF BOARD
Available upon request. Includes a fixed tasting menu with fresh produce from the vegetable garden and dishes prepared on the moment with our zero km products. A quarter of wine per person is included as well as water, coffee, and digestive.
The dishes vary day by day according to the daily fresh produce (it is possible to arrange for special menus and you are kindly asked to let us know beforehand if you have any food allergies and/or intolerances).

ROOM CLEANING
Room cleaning and change of linens is carried out once a week, it is possible to ask for daily cleaning at a supplement fee.
Towels will be changed every 3 days (except on departure and the day
before).
We kindly ask you to let us know when you wish for the towels to be changed.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower gel and disposable soap.

INTERNET
We do not have wi-fi in the rooms, the only connection available is through your own mobile phone operator.

PARKING
The parking space is unguarded, and we do not respond of any theft or damage to the vehicles. No particular risk exists; however, we recommend locking your vehicles and to not leave any valuable objects inside.

EXPERIENCES
– Educational Farm (enrolment n. IMFD1102 Albo Regione Liguria): the activities are diversified according to the age of the children and adolescents, following the rhythm of the seasons and in close contact with our animals.
– Guided tours (environmental hiking guide n.IM252) across the paths that lead to discover the most characteristic spots, rich with the flora and fauna of the Ligurian and Maritime Alps.
– Visit to our farm company and donkey trekking.
