“Tradition doesn’t only mean old-known recipes, local food and self-produced ingredients, but also, and foremost, greeting visitors in a welcoming, cosy atmosphere where they can feel at home. Our dream is that our customers feel that they are guests, tablemates with whom to share the pleasures of dining and conviviality.

The restaurant of our small farmhouse is located in the village of Agaggio Inferiore, a hamlet of the town Molini di Triora. The recently renovated dining room which can host up to 25 people is located on the road leading to Triora, where once stood the old tavern “Osteria della Croce”.

In the winter months, heating and a cosy atmosphere are guaranteed by the flickering flames coming from two wood burning stoves as well as from a third pellet stove. Whereas in the summer, the dining room provides a cool shelter where you can taste our dishes and relax away from the warmer temperatures outside. There is also the possibility of enjoying your culinary experience under the Ligurian sun by reserving, ahead of time, our outdoor tables.

The dishes we propose are mountain based, traditional of the Ligurian Alps, with typical old-known recipes handed down by our grandmothers and mothers, inspired by the Occitan cultureand by what is known as “white cuisine”, meaning dishes strictly connected to the produce of the seasons and of the territory thus, based exclusively on local ingredients.

From the starter to the dessert, we offer rigorously fresh dishes prepared the same day. For this reason, we offer a fixed menu that changes every week, respecting the seasonality of the products grown and produced on our farm.
